Comfy, well appointed kitchen. Excellent service, with electric blankets for winter. Quiet, walking distance to museum, 4 min drive to Macpherson Homestead.Large back garden for children veg patch too.

No communication with my husband when this property was booked over the phone, advertised as pet friendly, told upon entering the house, there are mice baits down. Had to google this, to understand this is rat poison and can kill my fur baby. Having lived in the bush in WA for the last 16 yrs we expect field mice in wheat areas, but not poison. House is dusty. Kitchen appliances old and drinking mugs stained. Bed comfy, but I didn't sleep well, as I kept my beautiful goldie by my side all night. Sorry but this is not acceptable , if we had been told of these baits, we would not have booked. Lucky its not listed on air bnb as that's totally illegal with their policies. Luckily we are moving on today, to air bnb accommodation. My advice, ask before booking this place, but what an awful thing to have to ask?
