We stayed 2 nights at Bali@Avalon and we highly recommend this B&B.The whole building exudes peace and tranquility. An extremely unique and well presented place, very quiet. Booking in and registration was easy. Off road parking. Comfortable bed. The linen is so luxurious, soft bed linen and fluffy bath towels. Cleanliness is faultless. Situated within walking distance of the beach and short drive from all the main attractions and restaurants in Mandurah. The hosts were excellent we couldn’t fault them. They made this place a little piece of paradise, something exceptional, and are happy to share it. Thank you so much for that.We unfortunately stayed only 2 nights and we are already looking forward to going back!We highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

Do yourself a favor and book a weekend here!!The place is amazing, reminded me through and through of Bali.Ray & Bob and their little sausage dogs were the best hosts around.Breakfast was delicious - amenities are more than luxurious.I have stayed at nice hotels and Bali@avalon outshines them all :)Thanks for a great weekend in your lovely home.Simon & Abbi

Lovley cozy place , yoyr made to feel so welcomed but have alk the pricacy you want as well, the Decor is unimaginably beautiful once you enter the grounds you feel as if your completely in another country . So tastefully done.Ray & Bob make you feel so welcome their hospitality was very warming. Thank you

Just had three nights at this gorgeous place. The hosts, Ray and Bob, made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was beautifully clean and comfortable, the gardens were stunning, and the breakfasts were delicious. We are looking for somewhere we can go regularly for short, relaxing breaks, and it looks like we struck gold on our first attempt! Thank you, guys, we will definitely be back - Chris and Bobbie

Thank you for taking us into your Bali paradise. We enjoyed every moment of your kind and friendly hospitality and make us feel very welcome and relax. The room was maculate and clean, linen and bed was very comfortable and clean and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed your beautiful garden and pool. A fabulous experience and Haven right in the middle of suburbia.We booked out both rooms overnight, were greeted by Bob and Ray, made to feel right at home, the smells, the landscaping, the pool area, the little bungalows - were just like stepping off the plane into Bali....Great time getting to know the boys and the story of how they started this piece of paradise. We will be back and would highly recommend it especially for two couples - Amazeballs!Shane and Deb
