Thistle Do Bed & Breakfast

First time experience at a Bed and Breakfast. I found the hosts went over and beyond anyone's expectations, without being intrusive. Impressive.

Great location close to town. Beautiful views. Great room with, comfy bed, TV, fridge, own facilities to make a cuppa and ensuite. Thoughtful touches like homemade cake, chocolates & fuel voucher. Lovely host who respects your privacy.

Lots of little things which make it great. Friendly host and lovely views.

First time staying here, and was impressed. Comfortable king bed, spacious ensuite, fridge, hot drink making in room and friendly but not intrusive host. Breakfast was lovely and substantial. Most definitely be back

The minute I pulled into the drive was into under cover carport space, then greeted by my very welcoming host Cathy who showed me to my beautiful suite. The attention to detail was unbelievable. King size bed, every tea & coffee you could think of, homemade melting moments, nuts & even a little carafe of port. Cleanliness was another 5 star & then breakfast with everything you could want. Cathy also was a fountain of knowledge of the area & also had lots of reading material in the room. The views from their balcony were amazing. All in all it was like a home away from home.
