Love this place. So peaceful and pretty. Tracey is a delightful hostess and can help with planning activities in the region and has tonnes of local knowledge. We loved the Roos and feeding the chickens and the pet sheep. Walking distance to Margaret river town centre but in a tranquil little oasis complete with resident kangaroos. Breakfast is amazing and the coffee is fantastic. Great place to explore Margaret river from. Beds are super comfy and luxurious linen. Definitely my fave in the south west!

Karri House is a fantastic place to stay in Margaret River. Tracey is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make things so magical from her breakfast ideas and places to visit and eat. Then there is Tuppence the lovely dog who puts you at ease every step of the way.

You'd be a bit mad for not wanting to stay here.Tracey is a delight, and her home is gorgeous both inside and out. The rooms are so homely, and the fireplace in winter is a must to hang about in the evening.Tracey's local knowledge of the area is excellent, and she's more than happy to help you plan day trips and give you some areas that are off the beaten track.It was our pleasure to stay at Karri House and we hope to be back to the wonderful Margaret River and Karri house again.Thanks Tracey, you rock!

Simply said, if you miss the opportunity to experience Karri House and your host Tracey, you’ll regret it forever!A wonderfully warm and inviting home to spend days exploring the region. Wildlife abounds the venue and beautiful gardens surround you.A short 1/2 hour walk on nature trails into the tidy town Centre, where a multitude of superb dining experiences await. Tracey was a brilliant host and made us feel at home in her home. Every detail meticulously taken care off and great to have that personal touch. Tracey’s recommendations for what to see, do and where to eat were excellent with that insider info that can only come from a local. Tracey was able to get us into those difficult to get to restaurants.The house is set in beautiful gardens with spacious, comfortable, meticulously clean rooms.The wonderful breakfasts were prepared with local fresh produce, with fruit and eggs from Tracey’s garden .We spent 4 nights there and loved the experience

My husband and I recently stayed with Tracey and had the time of our lives. Her home is so welcoming, comfortable, clean, friendly, relaxed, and fun. Tracey has so much knowledge about the Margaret River area and helped us to maximize our experience while we were there. She makes the best breakfasts too! My favorite part was getting to know her amazing animals that she has outback on the farm and getting to see all of the amazing fruit trees she grows and maintains herself. It is an absolute slice of heaven and I would recommend staying with Tracey to anyone who is planning on getting away in this area. It is simply the best!

We stayed at Karri House over a year ago, in March 2020 (the weekend Australia shut down due to COVID). Tracey was an amazing hostess at her amazing home. A beautiful property in a perfect location close to town. Tracey was amazing cooking breakfast for us as well as giving great recommendations on places to go and restaurants to eat at. My husband and I have highly recommended Karri House to anyone who will listen. A must stay!

We've travelled to over 60 countries and all around Australia over the past decade and Tracey might be THE BEST host we've ever had. The property is a wonderful and comfortable base to relax and enjoy all that Margaret River has to offer. And we absolutely loved meeting all the animals! Tracey planned the most perfect few days of activities, food and drink for us, and we could not be more grateful for all her efforts, her attentive service and local knowledge that went into ensuring we felt completely at home and had the best possible time. You'd be missing out if you come to Margaret River and don't stay here! Thanks again Tracey! And give Tuppence another cuddle for me.

My husband and I recently stayed at Karri House and we found Tracey to be the perfect hostess. She made us feel very much at home in her beautiful property, everything was spotless, lovely decor, cosy and welcoming. Anything we asked was met with a smile and an answer. Suggestions for our day trip were planned out for us, restaurant reservation made easy, can not fault anything during our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay at, I would say, Karri House is the place to choose. Tracey, thanks again for caring for us and making our weekend memorable.

A beautiful property with impeccable gardens, native wildlife, and well-presented bedrooms.Our host, Tracey, was warm, friendly and just a great person to sit and have a chat and a laugh with. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. She even offered to drop us off and pick us up from dinner so we could have a few wines..The bedroom and bathroom were well-equipped and we instantly felt at home. The breakfasts were delicious (especially the bircher muesli!) and we enjoyed feeding Tracey's sheep and llamas.We had a fantastic weekend at Karri House and we can't to stay here again. Karri House is the perfect place to stay next time you're visiting Margaret River!
